Fruit Salad for aging Recipe

You can add or delete fruits of your choice.

 
Ingredients

Fruits

1. Blueberries: 2 Cups

2. Mango: 1, peeled, pitted, cubed ½"

3. Kiwi fruit: 1, peeled and sliced

4. Seedless purple grapes: 1 Cup washed

5. Bananas: 2, sliced ¼" thick

6. Papaya: 1 cup, peeled, seeds discarded, cubed ½"
7. Orange: 1, use sections separated and halved

8. Pomegranate seeds fresh: ¼ Cup

Dressing

1. Orange juice unsweetened Calcium fortified: ¼ Cup

2. Fresh Lemon juice: 2 Tablespoons

3. Sea salt: 1 teaspoon

4. Cayenne ground: ½ teaspoon

5. Honey: 2 Tablespoons

6. Canola oil: 2 Tablespoons

 

Method

1. Put prepared fruits in a bowl.

2. Mix dressing ingredients together and whisk.

3. Pour dressing over fruits, and toss fruits to cover with dressing.
