Chaat Wala Dahi RecipeChaat are served with one or more Chutney, and prepared yogurt, Chaat Wala Dahi, literally means the yogurt that belongs with Chaat.
Ingredients1. Dahi (Yogurt): 2 Cups 2. Sugar: 2 Tablespoon 3. Salt: ¼ teaspoon or to taste 4. Cumin seeds: ¼ teaspoon
Method1. Beat yogurt to a smooth paste with fork. Stir in salt and sugar. 2. Dry roast cumin seeds to a dark brown. Crush roasted seeds and stir in the beaten Dahi.
Yogi's NotesI like creamy thick Dahi. I substitute 2 cups of Dahi with: ½ cup of sour cream and 1½ cup of Dahi Yogurt in this recipe. |
