Aloo Chaat Recipe

Ingredients

1. Potatoes: 1 Pound, Boiled and cold at room temperature. I use Russets. Slice ¾ to 1" thick

2. Chaat Masala : 2 teaspoons

3. Scallions (Green onions): ½ cup

3. Cilantro: 2 Tablespoons, washed stem discarded, chopped

4. Serrano: 2, washed chopped

5. Cayenne powder: 1 teaspoon or to taste

6. Kosher salt: ¼ teaspoon or to taste

7. Lime juice: 2 teaspoons

Method

Mix every thing together and toss around. Serve

 

Yogi's Note

Deep fry sliced boiled potatoes at 350º F for 3 minutes to make them crispy.
