Trail Mix for aging Recipe

All the chosen nuts are high in the antioxidants (Vitamin E). Blueberries are chosen for another antioxidant (Anthocyanins) good for memory. Mangoes and Apricots are chosen for Carotene, Banana are chosen for potassium. 

 

Ingredients

Nuts of choice

1. Sliced Almonds raw
2. Broken Walnuts
3. Hulled sunflower seeds
4. Hulled Pumpkin seeds

Dried Fruits of Choice

1. Dried Blueberries
2. Chopped slices of dried mangoes
3. Banana chips
4. Chopped Apricots

Method

Mix all the ingredients. Fill up quart jar and secure the lid tightly.
