Blueberry smoothie for aging memory Recipe

Wild Blueberries are added for Anthocyanins, Turmeric for Curcumin,  Ginger for Organosulfur compounds, Flax seeds for Omega 3, Soy milk for Isoflavones.


Ingredients

1. Frozen wild blue berries: 1½ Cup
2. Soy Milk chilled: ¾ Cup
3. Low fat yogurt chilled: ½ Cup
4. Flaxseed meal: 1 Tablespoon

5. Ginger fresh: ½" peeled and cut

6. Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
7. Cloves powder: ¼ teaspoon

 

Method

Don't thaw blue berries. Mix and blend in electric blender or a food processor for about 30 seconds.
