Properties

There are two formats

4 URI in four 80 Character lines (320 Characters. Count visible text and text anchors. Do not count characters in the URI unless visible)

5 URI in five 80 Character lines (400 Characters. Count visible text and text anchors. Do not count characters in the URI unless visible)

Text Font: Arial, Size: 16px, Color: Navy

There are three Text Anchor styles for the hyperlinks.

Normal Text Anchor:  Font: Arial, Size: 12px, Bold, Color: Blue

Big Text Anchor:  Font: Arial, Size: 14px, Bold, Color: Blue

Extra Text Anchor:  Font: Arial, Size: 16px, Bold, Color: Blue

Process

Step 1: Create a text file

Use a text editor to create adfile.txt

Line 1: Page URI where the Advertisement will appear

Line 2: Date to be uploaded (Example: January 1, 2008)

Line 3: Optional information or Blank. Placement Position: 'Standard' or 'Premium'

Line 4: Optional information or Blank. Number of URI: '4' or '5'

Line 5: Optional information or Blank. Text Anchor Style: Normal, Big, or Extra

Line 6: Optional information or Blank. User assigned Advertisement name up to 25 Characters

Lines 7, 8, 9:  Blank lines

Line 10: Advertisement

Check for proper spellings

Make sure the URI are active

Make sure the advertisement can be copied and pasted into HTML code

Step 2: Submit adfile.txt

Submit adfile.tx as an attachment via e-mail  What do you think!

Step 3: Publish adfile.txt

We will publish the the adfile.txt on the requested page no later than 5 days, and notify the the advertiser.

Step 4: Adviser releases funds

The advertiser will verify and release the funds within 48 hours. If the funds are not received in a timely fashion, the advertisements will be deleted.

Conditions

Advertiser will have no direct access to edit or upload the advertisement

We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement for any reason

We reserve the right to place 'standard placement position' advertisement anywhere on the requested page.

The published web-page with the advertisement is called Targeted Page.

The Targeted Page format and content may be updated or changed at anytime for any reason with no notification to the advertiser. No change to the advertisement will be made.

The URI of the Targeted Page may change.

We reserve the right to accept 4 'Standard Placement Position' advertisements for one Targeted Page from one or more advertisers.

Any changes to the published ads will be considered as new ads with no credits.

Cancelled ads will be deleted with no credits.

Advertisements are not automatically renewed.

Rates and Payments

Standard Placement Position

- 4 URI - 4 line: $45.00 per advertisement per year

- 5 URI - 5 line: $55.00 per advertisement per year

Premium Placement Position (In lieu of Top-Fold Google Ad-sense)

- 5 URI - 5 line: $250.00 per year

Full Payment must be received within 2 days from publication
